The Metro FC Rapids Boys team has qualified for the Midwest Regional League's Premier Division for the upcoming spring 2008 season. The team qualified based on their Fall 2007 results in the MRL. The MRL hosts the best teams in Region II and Metro FC will be competing against the likes of Chicago Magic, Sockers,FC, St.Louis SC, FC Milwaukee, Javanon and more. The U14 Rapids are the only Dayton area team that has qualifiied for the premier division and only one of three Ohio South teams that will compete in this prestigious league. The team is coached by Tony Saliba and trained by University of Dayton Assistant Men's Coach Paul Souders.Go Metro!
