Sports Accel

Metro FC is pleased to announce that we have again contracted with Sports Speed Inc. for Sports Acceleration training.  Sports Acceleration training is designed to bring out the best in athletic performance.  The program concentrates on Burst Speed (first 5 steps), Balance, Agility and Injury Prevention.  All professional and college sports programs use sports acceleration programs to get the most out of their athletes.  Metro FC is convinced that this program can offer our athletes that extra competitive edge.

 

The training will begin January and run twice a week for 7 weeks.  The training will be conducted at the South View Hospital .  The Program is available to U-14 players and above.  There is a schedule of dates and times below.  Information on a U-13 and below program will follow shortly.

 

The following teams have budgeted the program into their team budgets and it is not necessary to register or pay online.
