Kevin comes to Metro FC after serving as an Assistant Director of Coaching for Centerville United Soccer Association (CUSA). Kevin has been involved in coaching youth soccer in the Dayton area for over ten years. Prior to working for CUSA, Arcuri coached in the Team Dayton organization.

Since Kevin’s arrival in 2006, Metro FC has emerged as Dayton’s Premier Soccer Club. The club has grown to 43 boys and girls teams and has also raised the bar of competition for their teams. Metro FC teams now compete in the Buckeye Premier Youth Soccer League, Midwest Regional League, and the Miami Valley Youth Soccer Association. In addition to strong league play, Metro FC teams are also competing in the countries best tournaments such as: Metro United Showcase,Carmel Crossroads Showcase, Tampa Sun Bowl, Disney Showcase, the Germantown Invitational, and others.

Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and coaching experience to Metro FC. He currently holds the United States Soccer Federation ‘A’ License,the US Soccer National Youth License and the NSCAA State and Regional Goalkeeping Diplomas. Arcuri has served on Ohio South’s Olympic Development Program (ODP) District and State team staffs, in addition to serving on the Region II ODP staff as a staff coach. Kevin also has experience in conducting licensing courses and coaches’ education courses for Ohio South. Kevin has also been credited with placing numerous Dayton area girls’ players into respected NCAA programs throughout his club coaching career. Programs such as Purdue, Michigan, Ohio State, Indiana, Butler, Dayton, Miami (OH), Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Wright State ,just to name a few, have benefited from the services of Arcuri’s club and ODP players.

Most Recently, Kevin has been selected as a United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) scout for both the men and women’s US National B Team programs. The USASA Select Teams Programs serve as a player pool for the US National teams. Kevin will be responsible for scouting potential amateur and collegiate soccer players across the region to compete in various USASA events. These events can include an invitation to the US Full National Team player pools. The USASA National Teams will also compete in various national and international soccer events such as the United States Olympic Festival.

Kevin, in addition to club and ODP experience, has significant NCAA Division I coaching experience. Arcuri was the women’s assistant coach at Wright State University from 1997 to 2004. During that time, WSU won three league tournament championships, one league championship, and made three NCAA Tournament appearances. Most importantly, Wright State’s women earned a cumulative grade point average of over 3.0 every quarter during his eight year employment at the university. Numerous WSU players received All-Conference, All-Ohio and various academic awards during Arcuri’s time as a Division I coach.

Kevin and his wife Laura reside in Springboro, with their son Anthony and dog Beckham.
