Mission Statement

• Is dedicated to providing an environment where players are encouraged to succeed. We believe providing a quality training staff, excellent facilities and a positively charged learning atmosphere is the recipe for success.

• Is a NON-FOR-PROFIT organization. Funds raised by the club are spent on the players. Our mission is to provide every METRO F.C. player with the Technical skills, Tactical knowledge and work ethic to fulfill their individual goals.

• PRIDE, in themselves, their teammates and their club.
  
• HEART, to persevere regardless of the score of the game, conditions on the field or their level of fatigue.
  
• RESPECT, of the laws of the game, their opponents, their coaches and their families, which make it all possible.
